The first doubts have surfaced over Philippe Clement with Ibrox fans also questioning the attitude of Todd Cantwell.
With eight matches to be played during December it could be a very difficult time for the loyal bears with a decisive European tie, a cup final and visit to Celtic Park on the back of two draws from matches that were expected to be a canter.
As recent years have highlighted proper managers aren’t prepared to indulge in Cantwell, Micky Beale was all over him but that says more about the judgement of the Brains Behind Gerrard than the English based bosses who weren’t interested in the former Norwich starlet.
Highlighting the current problem at Ibrox is the continued selection of Sam Lammers, converted into a Number 10 by Beale as the reasons for his lack of goals became overwhelming.
Putting it mildly the bears would happily chase Lammers all the way back to Atlanta even if it means writing off every penny of his £3.5m transfer fee.
Taking that position from Cantwell hasn’t gone down well, whenever the ball falls to the former PSV Eindhoven man the move breaks down, in front of goal he has the touch of Filip Simo.
At Ibrox Cantwell thought that he had the docile audience to fully appreciate his lack of ability, the issue that prevented him from following Jack Grealish to super stardom.
Beale was certainly a believer, Clement has done the rounds and knows a fake when he sees one, it should make for an interesting month before the Transfer Window opens.

I had to make a change early, something that I don’t like to do, but we were missing width on the right side, missing depth also because we didn’t have running players behind their defence or being high enough in position.
I gave that message a few times to Todd but he was coming into the ball so many times, that is why I made the change, to put Ross in who was more that profile.
There was no question posed to Clement about Cantwell, he volunteered that information before Jane Lewis of BBC Scotland changed the subject.
Previously it has been claimed that the former Monaco boss gives little away, he wasn’t slow to criticise his Social Media ace whose status among supporters is rapidly slipping away.
