Cameron Carter-Vickers was a surprise visitor to Grace’s this afternoon.
Opened in 2016 Grace’s led the way as Irish/Celtic Bar’s expanded from the Gallowgate into the Merchant City with green and white colours now regularly on show in that area.
Carter-Vickers was on media duty at lunchtime, giving his support to VAR then dropped in to what is fast becoming an iconic Celtic bar.
On Thursday Lubo Moravcik and Bobby Petta were meeting the locals with a variety of events being staged as well as weekends of song with leading acts on the Celtic circuit.
Bend It Like Bertie has been staged inside Grace’s as well as Question and Answer sessions with former players, perhaps in a decade CCV will be back sharing the secrets of what on behind closed doors with Ange Postecoglou and Brendan Rodgers.

On Sunday Carter-Vickers will be in the more familiar setting of the centre of the Celtic defence as Aberdeen visit.
It was back at Pittodrie in September that CCV suffered a hamstring injury which seemed to trigger something of a defensive crisis for Rodgers.
Stephen Welsh suffered ankle damage in training five days later, at Kilmarnock in the League Cup Maik Nawrocki picked up a hamstring injury which instantly wiped out three defenders on the back of selling Carl Starfelt to Celta Vigo.
All three are back from injury and available for selection but in the meantime Liam Scales has emerged from the fringes to become an unlikely regular in the side.
The former Shamrock Rovers defender has now started 14 consecutive matches, providing balance in a key area as the inly left footed option.
Another international break follows the Aberdeen match with December packing in eight matches including seven in the SPFL Premiership which will go a long way to deciding how the second half of the season will look.
