With three weeks left in the transfer window there appears to be no clubs prepared to go near Glen Kamara.
The Ibrox star is apparently priced at £5.5m which is possibly a decimal point more than other clubs are prepared to pay while matching or improving on his current wages.
Signed from Dundee for £50,000 in January 2019 it wasn’t long before he was getting linked to Juventus by the usual suspects.
Two years later Kamara was given a contract to reflect his new found status- since then his form has returned to that to that of a run-of the mill Dundee midfielder.
Micky Beale was part of the management team that identified and signed Kamara but it seems that the wizard of the training ground, the bibs and cones maestro has been unable to rediscover the Juve form.

On August 2 Chris Jack’s Herald exclusive also appeared in the Glasgow Times:
Glen Kamara is attracting interest from six clubs from across Europe as he prepares to quit Rangers in a £5.5million summer deal.
Boss Michael Beale revealed on Saturday that the midfielder was training away from his first team squad at present ahead of his likely exit.
And we can reveal that the Ibrox hierarchy are gearing up for an interesting 48 hours as half-a-dozen sides consider their options regarding Kamara.
French duo Lyon and Stade Reims are joined by Turkish outfits Trabzonspor and Galatasaray in the race for his signature and it is understood that Borussia Mönchengladbach and FC Copenhagen have also expressed an interest as Kamara prepares to decide on his next move in the game.
More than a week later Kamara has still to decide, mainly due to the complete lack of interest in clubs paying £5.5m for a midfielder that is rated behind John Lundstram and Ryan Jack for a place in Micky Beale’s side.
At the end of February Kamara was named in Beale’s Starting XI for the Viaplay Cup Final against Celtic ahead of the golden boys of Todd Cantwell and Nico Raskin.
That match appeared to be the end of the road for Kamara who made a few fleeting appearances off the bench in the remaining months of the season.
Since returning to Ibrox in June the Finnish international star has been training solo as Beale tries to push him out the door.
Unless Graeme Souness makes a surprise return to management it looks like Kamara will be moving out on loan in the final days of the transfer window with the clubs listed above looking elsewhere for summer signings.
