Today is the day, the 23/24 Celtic home kit hits the streets although probably in less numbers that previous home shirts.
A fortnight after the worst fears of fans was confirmed there is an element of the Celtic support coming round towards the controversial kit but there still seems to be a large part of the support dead set against it.
One of the three new features might have been acceptable but throwing together broken hoops, the ‘stained glass’ look and lots of black just doesn’t work. Tellingly there is no sign of the long sleeved shirt in today’s video.
It was impossible to tell if the players were wearing the new kit in last night’s 0-0 draw with Portimonense at their Quinta do Lago training base.
The dark grey second kit has proved popular even though it is three seasons running of having a black/dark second kit. The training kit has been well received but somehow it all went badly wrong with that home kit.
This is the fourth season of the five year contract with Adidas.

Got mine. Looks better in person. Especially without the dafabet logo. They really need to change the layout of their logo 😅
