The fallout from Celtic’s victorious stroll around Ibrox on Sunday will no doubt run and run. Security Chief Mark Hargreaves witnessed it all from the Directors Box.
Some of the inevitable clap trap was already heard after the final whistle from the usual sources. From Celtic’s favoured media partners, those that promote the vile O** F*** brand and partnership.
Fake outrage from those oh so delicate media types who somehow always manage to avoid hearing anti-Irish racist bile being belted out by thousands of fans at Ibrox.
Worth pointing out at this stage that the Green Brigade received no allocation of tickets for Sunday’s game.
Zero.
Celtic fans shouldn’t have been on the pitch at the final whistle, just as fans of The Rangers shouldn’t have spilled out onto the park from the Govan stand to celebrate Manny Fernandez’s double handball non-goal.
Crazy how little Police presence there was at the game? Is this down to the cost? It’s obviously a fraction of the cost to have stewards on minimum wage .Back in the day the cops were out in full force for such occasions especially if it was a unique situation like today’s game👀

Dunfermline fans did the same thing on Saturday night when they beat Aberdeen.
It shouldn’t happen but it does, regularly, in the heat of the moment.
It usually happens in big games although some fans have been known to enter the pitch to celebrate a win over Partick Thistle. Clue- to celebrate a third place finish in their first season in the SPFL Premiership.
HARGREAVES WATCHES THE UNION BEARS CLOSE UP
The difference on Sunday was the arrival onto the pitch of the only ultras Hargreaves allows into a Glasgow derby at Celtic Park.
Back in January Hargreaves warmly welcomed the Union Bears to Celtic Park to sing ant-Irish racist filth for 90 plus minutes.
The Green Brigade were banned from that game and remain suspended to this day.
None of the extremely dubious accusations Hargreaves has levelled at the Green Brigade involve throwing flares into a packed stand, as happened at Ibrox on Sunday.

The Celtic board have now boxed themselves into a corner.
The media will be desperate to level up the responsibility for the scenes on the pitch after the final whistle.
But the Celtic board are in no position to defend us fans having spent the season regularly falsely accusing us of being violent, intimidating criminals.
DECISION TIME IS NOW FOR GREEN BRIGADE SUSPENSION
In fact none of the drivel you will hear about Celtic fans from legacy media this week will rival the smears put out by Nicholson, Hargreaves, Lawwell and Ross Desmond in the past eight months.
They are in no position to defend us even if they had a Road to Damascus moment and were inclined to do so.
Which piles even more pressure on a Celtic board completely incapable of running our club properly.
Will they continue to be the board that welcomes anti-Irish racism to Celtic Park while banning innocent Celtic fans?
If they do they will be left with a version of Celtic F.C. that many fans will struggle to recognise.
Saturday’s home match with Motherwell carries plenty of significance, on and off the pitch.
All eyes are on Hargreaves, Wilson and Nicholson as they look the other way, shuffle papers and go out of their way to avoid responsibility.

I’m wondering if Plod and the ‘security experts ‘ allowed this all to unfold yesterday … intentionally ? Anyone with a few brain cells could foresee trouble at a penalty shoot out no matter who won ! There seemed to be a distinct lack of security from the bizzies especially as most were outside looking after their theRangers fans ….no kettling required there !

Seems like a fair bit of goading going on from the Sevco fans with no reciprocal reaction from the Celtic fans. I doubt the likes of Tom English will bring this up at it doesn’t suit their narrative.
