The evidence against John Beaton is past the stage of being overwhelming.
In terms of video clips and statistics Lint on Twitter seems to have an incredible amount of material to highlight that demonstrates the man from the Crown Bar in Bellshill is unable to fairly deliver the Laws of the Game.
While the mainstream cheerleaders put up a desperate defence of Beaton it is clear that they are wasting their time.
Apparently Beaton is beyond question because he awarded Celtic a penalty in April 2017 when Miles Beerman ( yes a real person, a one time superstar from Malta) wiped out Patrick Roberts.
Celtic went on to win 5-1 that day, nothing could stop them as Pedro Caixinha and captain Kenny Miller quarrelled on the sidelines as the Invincibles ran up their second 5-1 Derby scoreline of the season.
In his four subsequent Derby matches Celtic haven’t won a single game despite an unprecedented period of domestic domination, winning 17 out of 21 domestic trophies.

Anyone with a grasp of Scottish football will know that Bellshill is kinda close to Glasgow. There aren’t many Motherwell fans in the town, the locals are green or blue. Like Bobby Madden in East Kilbride everyone knows what side he is on.
Last March Beaton was to referee the visit of Raith Rovers to Ibrox in the Scottish Cup, two months after his last Glasgow Derby when he applied Goldson’s Law to deny Celtic a penalty when trailing 2-1.
Viaplay Sports covered the match and got access to the tunnel to show the teams emerging onto the pitch.
When Beaton saw the home team walking out it was like a Saturday or Sunday morning catch up following a heavy night before. Some knowing nods and smiles, very relaxed body language as James Tavernier and Allan McGregor relived previous japes with their mate.
Raith lost the match 3-0, their cup dream was over, in the next round there wasn’t much banter between Tav and Greegsy as Jota headed the only goal of the game to put Celtic on course for a world record eighth Treble.
