Tonight’s 6-0 Champions League humiliation looks like being the end of the road for Russell Martin.

Nicolo Tresoldi opened the scoring in the fifth minute with Max Aarons sent off three minutes later, it was a taster of what was to come.
Martin’s side completely gave up possession, Brugge treated the outing as a training session as they pinged the ball about from wing to wing, toying with their opponents.
Brugge had to wait until the 32nd minute for their second goal but then racked them up in the 32nd, 41st, 45th, 45 plus 2 and 49th minutes.
Martin made three half time substitutions with Raskin sent on to be embarrassed in front of his home audience.
